Exchanges
We hope that you are delighted with your purchases. If, for some reason, a product does not meet your expectations, or you wish to exchange it for another size or color, you may return it for exchange or a full refund, within 14 days of receipt.

In the event that a product is faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Where a product is found to be faulty, we will exchange it or provide a full refund where appropriate. Please make sure that any faulty product is clean before returning it to us.
A replacement will be sent, if available, on the next working day, following receipt of your returned item.
Please note: Refunds must be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. The refund process can take 8-12 days from receipt of your goods, depending upon the credit card used for payment. Refunds normally show within two account statements.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure
Returned items must be in new and unused condition, returned in the original packaging, with original labels, and a copy of the receipt. We advise you to save all packaging until you make your final purchase decision.
Important: Packages and their contents sometimes get damaged in transit. If this should happen to your package, please submit your claim for damaged goods directly to the carrier, then inform us by
